The student alleged that the lawsuit and media coverage related to the lawsuit equated to retaliation under university policy. Harrison & Hart, LLC represented the professor during the investigation of that complaint, prepared written briefs, and submitted evidence demonstrating that the professor did nothing more than exercise his right to tell his story. The professor was found to not have retaliated against the student.
