Professor Found to Have Not Retaliated Against Student

Our client, a professor, was accused of retaliating against a student in a Title IX investigation after suing the University for suspending him without affording himself due process and suspending him in violation of Title IX. The student alleged that the lawsuit and media coverage related to the lawsuit equated to retaliation under university policy.
